Oscar Arriola is a photographer, a proud Chicagoan, and a staff member of the Chicago Public Library.  He is a co-organizer of ZINEmercado and Foto Mercado zine fests and has presented his work at the Chicago Cultural Center, Elastic Arts, the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art and SAIC's Joan Flasch Artists' Book Collection.
